Cancellation & Weather Policy
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 60 days before the retreat start date are eligible for a full refund minus processing fees.
Cancellations made between 30–60 days before the retreat will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat are non-refundable due to venue and coaching commitments.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another participant with prior approval.
Weather Policy
Pickleball sessions are scheduled with flexibility to accommodate weather conditions.
If weather interrupts play, sessions may be adjusted, moved indoors when possible, or rescheduled within the retreat schedule.
In the rare event that severe weather prevents the retreat from taking place, participants will be offered a credit toward a future retreat.
